Cell Phones Require Rules

Did your tween get a cell phone for Christmas? If your child has one, it's a good idea to lay down some rules now. Be sure your child knows your cell phone rules, and understands that breaking them might result in consequences, including loosing phone privileges.

Be sure you monitor your child's behavior and discuss any issues ahead of time, if you can.
