Tween Party Locations on the Cheap

Wednesday June 17, 2009

If your tween has a summer birthday and you're on a budget, you can still throw a great party on the cheap. First, plan the party with your tween, sharing details of the budget and ideas you might have for inexpensive themes, etc. If you choose to have the party outside the home, there are a number of reasonably priced locations that you might want to consider, and don't hesitate to negotiate price.

Summer birthdays can be a blast, but they don't have to be expensive. Set your budget and stick to it. Your tween will have a great time and learn a little about budgeting and saving along the way.

My tween grandchildren love mystery parties. You can buy a kit or a creative tween can write the script. Guests have to dress in character, and dreaming up costumes is another fun feature.
