- I love parenting and working with tweens because they are so receptive to positive input. A tween's eyes are open to the wider world for the first time. This can be difficult for them as they sort out fact from fiction and begin to define themselves against the standards of the world. The tween years are a perfect opportunity to interject meaningful conversation and to empower young people with an awareness of their value. Tweens are so capable and fun to be with.
