Secret Service Agent Costume - A Halloween Idea for Tween Boys

By , About.com Guide

Are you out of ideas for tween Halloween costumes? The Secret Service Agent Costume idea is easy to put together, and makes a great choice for tween boys who want to dress up, but aren't interested in store-bought costumes.

Materials Needed for the Secret Service Agent Costume

  • Black, dark blue or brown suit
  • Pressed, white dress shirt
  • Conservative tie
  • Matching dress shoes
  • Ear buds or a similar looking device
  • Hand held communication system (such as a Walkie-Talkie, cell phone, blackberry, etc.)
  • Black sunglasses
  • How to Make Your Secret Service Agent Costume

Once your child is dressed in his shirt, tie, suit, and shoes, place the Ear buds in his ear, with the cord tucked under his collar. Add the sunglasses and have him hold his cell phone or other device. You can even make fake government credentials out of a black wallet, a fake badge and a fake ID card that your tween designs.

Your trick-or-treater can say, "I'm here to protect the President" when people answer their doors.
