Children in middle school usually have numerous opportunities to get involved by joining a school club or other organization. And they should. If your child joins a school club he'll likely make a few friends, learn a few more skills and maybe even develop some leadership skills.
Find out what opportunities your child's school offers, then allow your child to pick one or two that he finds interesting.
