Are you close to being ready for the holiday season and winter break? I'm going to guess that you've got a few things on your to do list. I know I do. But parents can put their preteens to work and enterprising tweens can even make a little spending money over the next few weeks.
On the homefront, your tween can help decorate, prepare meals, clean and wrap gifts. And if your child wants to earn a few dollars, he can offer to do the same for busy or elderly neighbors.
But you probably have a few ideas on how your child can pitch in during the holidays, and how he or she might earn a little at the same time. Be sure to share your ideas here. I'd love to hear them.
